Privacy Policy

Wilson Soethe Cursino develops Airbus A330 Systems, also known as A330 Prep or A330 Mastery. This policy describes the app and its marketing and support pages.

At a glance

No account is required. The app does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking SDKs. Study progress stays in local app storage and is not uploaded to a developer-operated server. Apple update checks and optional support communications are described below.

Local study data

Quiz results, study statistics, spaced-repetition history, and preferences are stored on your device. The developer cannot remotely access these records. Apple device backups may include app data according to your device and backup settings.

App Store update checks

The app contacts Apple's App Store lookup service to check for newer versions, including automatic checks and checks you request in Settings. The request includes the app's bundle identifier, a timestamp, and a country code derived from your device's region when available. Like other network requests, Apple receives technical connection information such as your IP address. The app does not send quiz answers, scores, or study history with these requests.

App Store downloads, purchases, and reviews are handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. The app may offer Apple's system review prompt.

Support and feedback

If you choose to email support, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you send. In-app feedback may include the reported question or screen context and an app/device diagnostic footer with the app version, build, device model, and operating-system version. You choose whether to send the email.

We use these communications to respond, investigate issues, and improve the app. Email providers process messages to deliver and store them. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.

This website

These pages are hosted by GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to operate and secure its service. See the GitHub Privacy Statement. App artwork loaded from Apple's servers involves a request to Apple. We do not add analytics scripts, advertising scripts, or tracking cookies to these A330 pages. External links are governed by the destination services' policies.

Retention and your choices

Local app data remains until reset or removed. Deleting the app can remove local data, subject to Apple's backup and restoration behavior; offloading may retain it. We retain support correspondence as needed to respond to requests, investigate reported issues, and meet applicable obligations.

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have sent us, contact wilson.cursino@gmail.com. We cannot remotely delete local study records or records held independently by Apple or GitHub. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.

Sharing and security

We do not sell personal information. Support communications are processed through email services and may be disclosed when required by law. Service providers may process information in other countries under their own policies. Local data relies on your device's security; no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Children

The app is intended for pilots and aviation learners and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when features or practices change and will revise the date above.
