Common questions

How do I unlock harder levels?
Complete 3 Easy puzzles to unlock Medium, 5 Medium for Hard, 7 Hard for Expert, 9 Expert for Master and 11 Master for Extreme. Only solved games count.

How do hints work?
Each game includes one free hint. When it's used, you can watch a short optional video ad to earn another. If no video is available, try again in a moment.

What happens after a mistake?
You can make up to three mistakes. The fourth ends the game.

Why don't I see rankings?
Rankings use Game Center. Sign in under iOS Settings ▸ Game Center. Some Wi‑Fi networks and VPNs block Game Center; try cellular.

Does it work offline?
Yes. Puzzles, notes, hints you already have and your saved game all work offline. Ads, rewarded hints and rankings need a connection.

Why do I see ads?
Ads keep the app free. A banner sits below the board and never covers the puzzle. Videos appear only when you choose to watch one for a hint.

Can I turn off sounds or vibration?
Yes, in Settings ▸ Feedback inside the app.

How do I remove a posted time?
Times live in your Game Center profile. Contact us and we'll help.
