Report a problem

Please include your app version, device model, iOS or iPadOS version, what you expected and what happened. If useful, attach a screenshot with personal information removed.

Report a study-content issue

Include the category, question and the part you believe needs correction. Describe the applicable source and revision without sending restricted manuals or personal information. Always use current approved operational documentation.

Does the app work offline?

Core quizzes, flashcards, Smart Review and local progress work offline. Advertising and external links require a connection.

Where is my progress?

Progress is stored on this device. The app does not provide account-based sync. Stats → Reset All Stats resets quiz statistics, XP and streaks; it does not reset the separate Smart Review memory history. Deleting the app removes its local data, subject to device backups and Apple's restore behavior. Offloading the app may retain its data.

Advertising and privacy choices

In ad-supported versions, banners may appear on flashcards, quizzes, Smart Review, Checkride questions and completed-session screens. Active quizzes have a bottom banner below the scrollable questions and answers, with a refresh requested after two answered questions or one minute. Flashcards have a separate compact bottom banner below the study controls. Checkride questions have a separate compact bottom banner, refreshed after two newly answered questions or one minute. Smart Review questions also have a separate compact bottom banner, refreshed after two answered questions or one minute. When required, open Settings → Advertising → Privacy choices to review your choices. Availability depends on your region and the consent service. Study remains available if an ad cannot load.

Ad-free plans and subscriptions

In versions offering in-app purchases, open Settings for weekly or monthly auto-renewable subscriptions, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Open Settings → Manage Subscription to change or cancel your plan. Canceling renewal keeps access through the paid period. Buying lifetime access does not cancel an existing subscription; cancel it separately to stop renewal. Learn, Stats and Settings are always free of ads. If you change devices or reinstall, use Settings → Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account. Apple handles payments. If prices are unavailable, check your connection and use Reload prices. Refunds and revocations can end access. See Apple’s Terms of Use.
